- Anirudh Sampathooru Added 2017-11-05★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We booked a king sized bed room, paid in advance. When we checked in, they gave us a free "upgrade" - which happened to be a queen sized bed room. And that room had an extremely strong stench of cigarette smoke. We complained to the receptionist for both the stench and the size, and were given a king sized bed room, despite being completely booked. I would have been fine with the cigarette stench, but trying to cheat us from a king sized bed room to a queen sized bed room and calling that an upgrade - unpardonable. Never again..
