I am 65 years old and have exercised regularly for pretty much my whole life.I have worked with a number of trainers. My main concerns regarding my physical well being centred around mobility and posture. Miguel was very much instrumental in helping me to achieve the goals I had set for myself . He could`t make
me 20 years old again but he has helped me make a big improvement . He is very knowledgeable about fitness and physiology and a pleasure to work out with. I would very much recommend him as a trainer
